Not the most flattering picture...but it's the only one I took today. Selah had a well-visit and we were waiting in the car to be allowed to come into the building. (COVID protocol). We were trying to decide what color her eyes are. They look more blue in the pic than in real life. They really aren't very blue at all, more a greenish grey.
Anyway, all is good. Doc ordered bloodwork just as a routine so pray she can make it through. Last time we tried she was 8 or 9 and we had to leave without the bloodwork.She really gets nervous. She got one vaccine today and she had such a hard time with it. I don't like them either, but I don't really know what magic would keep her calm. She admits it isn't bad all all, it's all the anxiety build up. Here's hoping the promise of Subway is enough!
