Another cold week

It's not as cold as it was a couple of weeks ago when the temp was 12 below and the wind chills were 32 below, but it's still mighty cold. And giving me a picture of cherry blossoms isn't exactly making me feel better about it.

Sleeping Jonah

He not only doesn't look comfortable, he's also wearing his street clothes. Why do we buy them pajamas??

~Sarah

Sleeping Noah

I'm not tall enough to get a good picture without climbing up into the castle. And I'll probably never understand why the child insists on wearing his street clothes to bed. Guess he's comfortable.

Sleeping Selah

she has pink glowing flowers that make her far more angelic looking than she probably deserves.

Sleeping Micah

Surprisingly, he doesn't have much in his bed with him tonight. Oftentimes, it's so crowded I can't understand how he can fit!

~Sarah

Sleeping Elijah

I'm a sucker for pictures of sleeping babies...but not enough to risk waking him up by going in his room!

More snow

Nice, quiet, snowy neighborhood. I love it.

~Sarah

Lots of snow!

The boys will be thrilled to see how much snow we got. This is just what made it onto the protected front porch. Unfortunately, the wind chill for the next two days is in the 20-30 below zero range. Schools have all cancelled the next two days already. That's COLD. I would love to go out and take some pictures but as much as I love the snow, I hate the cold!
And Micah's up already, but as exciting as the snow is, he would really like to know what's for breakfast. Better get on that!

Selah's "cast"

It's been almost 6 weeks since she broke the leg, and almost 5 in this second cast. But, she's a bit rough even on a cast. On her foot there is NO purple cast left, sporadic padding, and even spots where her skin shows through the liner. Crazy kid. Obviously this isn't slowing her down much!

Supee-gluing

Selah found some super glue. Thankfully we caught her before the ER was necessary. But it's all over her hands and she does NOT like how it feels!

On the 8th day of Christmas...

There were Lego storage containers and we watched home videos from "last year."
