Boats!

We made a quick pit stop to the playground on Belle Isle, on our way to see the Coast Guard Station.

Selah, Micah, and Elijah got to go for a ride.

Judah found a tire and wanted to know why it was there

Pretty sunset view of Detroit

They all came back in tact, other than Micah's uniform that is now sans a hat.

My favorite helicopter was out and did a flyby.

Judah may not have gotten to go for a ride, but he did get to check out the 29' rescue ship and he loved it. Elijah loves that you can slip under the dashboard there to the front.

Clearly, it was an exhausting experience for the little guy, As he was still asleep at 0945!! (He was up during the night, but still shocking.)

Poor Micah's EoE has been presumably acting up. We finally found a new doc to see about it, and you can see how thrilled he was. He wants to feel better, but any and all medical talk makes him ill.

Bones Are Meant to be Broken

...In so far as they heal, anyway.

Jude's been a trooper for sure. But this process has been so ridiculous. They cannot get the insurance figured out for some reason and if I didn't expect this would be a good thousand, I'd just pay for it and call it a day.
Our little trooper is tired of waiting, too.
All's well that ends well. We managed to escape, cast on arm, in just over 2 hours.

I don't agree with allowing a 2 year old to pick their own color, but that's what they did. Luckily, we've only 2 weeks before we go back for a check on the healing, so only 2 weeks of bleeding eyes.

Not shown, all his signatures from park day. Shown, Jonag signing a secind time because Judah couldnt see his first signature.

No News is Good News...

So here's the bad news.

Our favorite 2- year- old has broken his arm.

Well, fractured. Buckle Fracture, just like like every other broken bone of the other childrens'.

He was pretending to be the cuckoo bird in the cuckoo clock- and fell out out of the "cuckoo clock."  (The cuckoo clock is a hanging tent up in the classroom.)

Five am the next morning, after a sleepless night.

Left handed play-doh playing.
I don't want to be here anymore! I want to go home!

Hmm,  I do like dinosaurs but....

I don't really like this broken arm, Mom.

But it isn't all bad!

The "cuckoo clock."
