He started the day by asking for some of coffee. But when I let him have a sip (don't panic, it's decaf) he insisted he needed his own cup. He stood there enjoying it while admiring the snow outside.
Then, he feel asleep in Mass and while asleep started yelling, "I want more coffee!" I guess it was good enough to dream about.
He woke up while we were still in the first half of Mass, he never sleeps long when others hold him but Micah was so intensely pleading (with his eyes) that I caved and passed him over. Luckily, he was fairly good for the rest of Mass.
Except for that one moment when he dropped his book on the pew in front of us. He told me he needed to get it. I set him down and pointed at the Crack in the pew where he could reach through and grab it. He tried to run around to the pew but I stopped him and told him we would have to go out to the Narthex if he tried that. He scrunched up his weet little face and replied, "that's not FAIR!" I don't know where he learned that. But it was rather cute.
Bryan's been ill since yesterday, so dinner has been rather simple the last couple of nights. (I spend too much time washing my hands and trying to clean everything in the hopes of not getting sick to do much!)
Tonight I made BLTs. This kid ate so much bacon i lost count. It was either 6 or 7 pieces. AND HE WANTED MORE! He also had some chicken and fruit. But primarily bacon. I suppose it isn't surprising that his first stretch tonight was 34 minutes.....
At least he is cute.
