He said his bladder looked good. They were able to remove the area with the scar tissue and reimplant the ureter. He did place a stent to facilitate keeping that ureter open while it heals (so another round of anesthesia when they remove that.)
The incision was a bit bigger than planned to allow enough access but it is mostly where the previous incision was and not as big as the last one.
They were successful with a one time epidural dose of pain meds that should help the first 12-24 hours.
All good news! Please pray for comfort, sleep (preferably in his crib!), and recovery of his little body...as well as keeping that IV!
