Upper GI test came back normal, no signs of malrotation or microcolon.
Urology doesn't need to follow up until his Mag3 scan in 4-6 weeks unless he gets an infection.
Ortho will start casts this week.
Physical therapy wants to start ASAP via telemed (yay for from home!)
Passed his hearing test.
Pediatrician later this week.
He is almost at his birth weight tonight. Impressive given he didn't eat for almost 2 days! Born at 3720 g and today was 3695.
Creatinine was .21 today so that is awesome on kidney function.
Genetics testing will take a month or so. Unofficially diagnosed with Prune Belly Syndrome but it isn't official until genetics says.
Overall....
HE IS DOING SO WELL! We are ecstatic and now we get to change direction and start buying this kid some clothes and gear! Oh so excited.
Chatting with Dad about the upcoming Buckeyes game tonight. Browns playoff game last night and Buckeyes National Championship.game tonight! Very exciting first week of life. I brought his Buckeyes onsie but sent it out to the car already because I thought we would be home in time to change. At least he's wearing grey.
Dad telling Judah about the chaos and excitement that awaits at home tonight. He's justifiably concerned!
Here's hoping we actually get home tonight. Why are they always so slow....
